If you don’t want to use this equipment, don’t worry about it being in the way - it tucks away into the wall and is hidden by curtains to where you hardly notice it! There are two bedrooms upstairs with gorgeous and comfortable queen log beds. The north bedroom has a couch, closet, a propane fireplace, and a deck which offers lovely views looking out over Horsetooth Mountain and lovely sunsets. The south bedroom has a lovely rubbed aspen log queen bed, a pull out full bed, and a dresser. Each bed comes with one (or more) duvets, comforters, and blankets. We do offer these additional beds in these rooms for more than 4 guests; however, it should be noted that while these extra beds do fit, this does restrict the space in the rooms. We also have a nice-sized couch if you really want to spread out! Both bedrooms adjoin the Jack & Jill bathroom upstairs with two sinks/mirrors, in-floor heat over tile floors, and a bath/shower. There is a second bathroom downstairs with a shower. We have a fenced in lawn/backyard on the south side of the house that makes for lovely morning lounging. Guest access Parking/Check In Access: Private drive parks up to 3 cars. Private entrance with August Locks set up with a code or Bluetooth from your smartphone for easy entrance into our space for self-check in. Both bedrooms have Mini-Split A/C Units individually controlled for heat or cool or fan. There is no dishwasher or Washer/Dryer. No smoking or vaping or any kind of marijuana usage on the premises. The smell damages the furniture and fabrics as it is almost impossible to remove completely from the home.
